Midlife Moments was created to give women the kind of midlife and menopause support we wish we’d had: clear, kind, shame free and actually practical. Dr Mandy Deeks is an experienced educator, researcher and therapist who specialises in women’s wellbeing, mindset and life transitions in midlife.
